Game information
Summaries are based on supplied catalog information, rather than independent testing of every game. Mechanics, controls and availability may change. Report inaccuracies so we can review them. We do not promise high scores, prizes, earnings, uninterrupted access or compatibility with every device.
Game content and developer collaborations
The game content on NNTOPS includes finished games developed in-house and games made available through cooperation with developers. Intellectual property in each game, including its name, artwork, code and other materials, remains with its respective rights holder unless otherwise agreed. Access to a game does not grant visitors permission to copy, redistribute or commercially exploit it.
Externally hosted games
Some games are delivered through external hosting providers. Their availability, advertising, tracking and external links may be controlled by those providers. Review the notices and instructions inside a game before using it. Stop using a game that requests unexpected payments, downloads or personal information.
Rights and reports
We respect the rights and requests of developers and other rights holders. If you are a rights holder or an authorized representative and would like game content removed, please notify us at [email protected]. Include the game name, affected page URL and a brief explanation of your request; information confirming your authority helps us identify the content. Upon receiving a removal notice, we will give it immediate attention and cooperate promptly with the requested takedown and any necessary follow-up.
Advertising
Google Ad Manager scripts initialize advertising slots on the home, collection and game details pages; game details pages include an advertisement between the game introduction and listing information, collection pages include one below the search form, and the home page includes advertisements after the introductory game list and before the yellow feature banner. Future advertising must be clearly labeled and separated from navigation and game controls. Advertising is not an endorsement. We do not ask visitors to click advertisements or offer rewards for doing so.
Limitations
Content is offered as available, subject to applicable law. Nothing here excludes obligations, consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
